2006年获颁IEEE TAIPEI SECTION最佳影响力奖。 2007年获得新竹交通大学电子工程学博士,熟悉多媒体相关硬体设计,获邀各大学院校业界讲师,与出版“VLSI for Video Decoding (ISBN 3-8433-6531-8)”一书。任职于联发科技(MTK)超过十年,参与蓝光播放机、电视、智慧手机等多媒体产品开发专案,于2010和2013年分别获得最佳贡献奖与研发金奖。个人与团队发表超过70篇以上专利、期刊与会议论文。目前是MTK多媒体二处资深经理,带领团队研究Camera、Codec与Display相关的创新特色。

The advance in VLSI technology allows the integration of all the multimedia functionality on a single chip. In the past few years, Mediatek had delivered a high quality single-chip multimedia solutions, and the related products range from Blu-ray player, digital TV to smart-phone. There are many challenges for designing high performance camera, video, graphic and display processing. In this talk, we will present some breakthroughs and therefore achieve better power, bandwidth and cost efficiency. Moreover, we will make some conclusions and draw chip architecture trends for future VLSI design.
